Myrmecocystus mimicus queen and myrmecocystus nest

Bad experience
The queen was crushed in transit the first time and the nest was cracked in few places. I got a replacement queen (didn't get a new nest though that could be a misunderstanding) after paying for the transport. The replacement queen being in ideal conditions died in the first night
