Privacy Policy (Discord)

This privacy policy is only refers to the Discord bot services! Because the bot also uses services linking or connected to this website, please also have a look at the website privacy policy.

Data we collect

Per Server:

A unique identifier (ID) and the Server Name is saved of a Discord server as soon as a permitted interacts with the bot. All the settings for the server set by an admin are stored too.

Per User:

Similarly another unique identifier and the Username#Discriminator stored when a user interacts with the bot. All the settings set by the user are stored too.

What we do with your data

We do not and will not share any information collected with anyone unless legally obliged to!

Logging

When executing commands, following data will be logged: Server Name, User Name, User Discriminator, executed command, channel of execution. This helps us to improve our bot as we can see which commands were executed often or track possible errors.

Data retention

All data collected will be retained for as long as we need it to serve the purpose we collected it for.
