Todo perfecto, muy recomendable
El kit de hormiguero 3D ha superado mis expectativas. Llegó en perfecto estado y el envío fue muy rápido, algo que siempre se agradece. El diseño es muy cuidado, fácil de montar y se nota la calidad de los materiales desde el primer momento. Es una opción ideal tanto si estás empezando en el mundo de las hormigas como si ya tienes experiencia. Permite observar su comportamiento de forma clara y disfrutar del proceso día a día, convirtiéndose en una experiencia educativa y muy entretenida. Si estás pensando en iniciarte o mejorar tu setup, este kit es una excelente elección. Una compra que merece la pena y que realmente cumple con lo que promete. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Pedido que nunca llega. Procesando.
Compré el 1 de Julio de 2025 una reina de Carebara Diversa en Antderground. A día de hoy el pedido se sigue procesando. No contestan al e-mail, no cogen el teléfono ni responden a los wassap enviados. Me siento estafado.

Avoid this store
I ordered one set 3 3ml liquid feeders for ants in different colours, one set of 3 20ml ant liquid feeders 8 (one red, one blue and one yellow), and two keychains for queen ants. I received three 3ml liquid feeders, but one of them was green and two red, which was not suggested by the photo on their web shop. I also received 3 20ml liquid feeders, but all three of them were red (not according to my order). I received only one keychain instead of two that I ordered. I also received a test-tube with a mini outworld which I did not order and I don't need. When I wrote to the shop they asked if I want to change the liquid feeders for those in right colours, and I answered that it was not important, but that I need the second keychain I payed for. They never answered to that e-mail and that was 40 days ago.

Una estafa
No se los recomendaría a nadie. Pedí dos arañas, pero hubo constantes problemas con el envío. En lugar de una entrega rápida, esperé casi tres semanas. Una araña estaba seca y no parecía una araña, y la otra murió al día siguiente, agotada. A pesar de que me informaron que recibiría un reembolso, la comunicación se cortó. No tienes ni la araña ni tu dinero. Esto es una estafa total, evítalo por completo.

malhonnêtes dans les commandes
J'ai passé plusieurs commandes chez eux et a chaque fois il manquait au moins un articles. J'ai envoyé plusieurs mail afin de le signaler et de recevoir les produits manquant ou un remboursement pour ces produits manquant mais je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse pour aucune de mes commandes!!!
