Rules for listed shops on AntCheck

This page defines rules for shops, that must be complied with to be listed in the shop page and listed with the shops products on AntCheck.

1. Legal Requirements

All shops must be properly registered in their respective countries and comply with all legal requirements. This includes tax obligations and Compliance with consumer and commercial rights.

2. Transparency

Shop owners must provide clear and complete information about the products or services offered.
Prices, delivery times, and shipping costs must be clearly and transparently presented.

3. Customer Service

Shops must offer reliable customer service.
A clear and fair return and refund policy must be in place.

4. Product Quality

The products offered must match their descriptions and be of high quality. Counterfeit or fake products are strictly prohibited. Products must be declared correctly.

5. Reviews and Feedback

Shops must not use fake reviews or manipulated feedback. Customer reviews must be open and honest, and negative reviews must not be censored or removed. Reviews in return for a consideration (e.g. voucher, payment, etc.) are prohibited.

6. Data Protection

Shops must respect customer privacy and protect personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in their origin country. Data may only be used to process orders and must not be shared with third parties without customer consent.

7. Regular Monitoring

Shops listed on AntCheck are regularly monitored. If these rules are violated, AntCheck reserves the right to remove shops from the platform without notice. In minor cases, however, AntCheck will contact you beforehand.
