I ordered on December 2nd, I received the order confirmation, I waited until December 8th but still no notification of the package being sent, I decided to send a message, no response, I sent a message again on December 9th but still nothing, I tried again on December 10th and December 11th but nothing. I therefore had to request a PayPal refund...

Bought a colony but never recived it

i bought a Monomorium subopacum colony 5 queens with 51 to 100 workers but never recived it, i tried to contact the store multible times but never got an answear back

Great company

Very good company, ordered 1Q 26-50 workers from Netherlands to UK, received 2Q and 25-30 workers. Much rather the extra queen than the workers, all arrived in great condition. Thank you AntGlobe!

Poor communication and no update on my order

I placed an order of over €100 on Sunday, mainly because the website stated that delivery would take 1 to 2 working days. It’s now Thursday evening and I still haven’t received any updates — no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, nothing. What bothers me most is the complete lack of communication. I’ve tried to reach out multiple times via email, WhatsApp, and phone, but I’ve received no response at all. When you’ve paid a significant amount, that’s really concerning. After doing some research, I also came across other negative experiences, and to be honest, I’m starting to feel quite uneasy. I’m not jumping to conclusions yet, but this is definitely not a good sign and doesn’t feel professional in the slightest.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your concerns. I’d like to clarify a few points to avoid any misunderstandings. The order was placed on Monday, not Sunday. The delivery time of 1–2 working days applies after the order has been shipped, not from the moment the order is placed. To ensure the health and safety of the ants, dispatch can take up to 3–5 working days, depending on weather conditions and other external factors. This was the case here and was fully within the stated timeframe. I understand your frustration regarding communication, and I apologize if this was unclear. Bought a Queen but didn't receive one

Bought a Queen off the website payed and fist nothing happened. My order was only processed after I wrote an email 5 days later.despite delivery saying 2-3 days. Then I get an email that the queen will be sent out. On the day when it should be shipped I get an email that my ordered queen is not available anymore and they asked if I wanted to switch to one of the other queen's they had. I said no I want my money back since then I haven't received any message back. I would recommend not shopping here.

DON'T BUY HERE!

If you'd like to get scammed and lied to. Buy from this guy. Tries to claim diapause on ants that don't have them. Sends queens out without brood or unfertilized and is unwilling to fix the problem. Test tube the queen came in was a dirty mess and molded, test tube was nearly out of water to. All in all don't buy here!!! If you want proof ill happily share ALL the conversation logs between myself and Rick the owner. Also trying to talk to this guy was a pain. He does his very best to avoid you. Has had a previous shop called '' Cheap ants'' ( goedkoopmieren) that likely got shut down for similar reasons! DON'T BUY HERE
