I ordered the ants on Sep 11 morning (Wednesday). The money was taken right away from my credit card, but the purchase wasn't sent. On Sep 12 evening I sent an e-mail asking why I did not receive any information about the shipping, and the same evening I received the answer that they would send the purchase the next Monday in order to ensure that the ants arrive the same week. On Sep 17 (Tuesday) evening, I asked about some update, and only after 8PM that evening I received an anwer with the information that the purchase was sent via PostNL. The tracking page of the PostNL said that the shipment was expected, but still not arrived or processed at PostNL (so it wasn't shipped on Monday), and that they expect the purchase to arrive at the aim only between next Monday and Wednesday. Had the package been sent on Monday, as promissed, it would probably arrive the same week. I accept that there could be a lot of good will in the shop, but they are not good with the shipments, or they are short with the personel. I can only hope the ants will arrive alive after 8 days of traveling. And it wasn't the cheepest specie. Anyhow, I would expect the money to be taken only at the moment of the shipment and not a week earlier.
